By accessing or using apifunnel.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

apifunnel.ai is a workflow automation platform that allows you to:

  • Execute code in isolated sandboxes (Python, JavaScript/Node.js)
  • Connect and integrate with third-party APIs (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
  • Create and schedule automated workflows and skills
  • Use browser automation for web scraping and form filling
  • Access free PDF and document processing tools

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Tiers and Access

Freemium Tier

  • Access to agent chat and guardrails
  • Free tools (PDF merge, form conversion, etc.)
  • Shared infrastructure with usage limits

Enterprise Tier

  • Dedicated MCP backend instances
  • Full server management and integrations
  • Skills creation and scheduling
  • Priority support

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage quotas
  • Share account credentials or access tokens
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
  • Scrape or crawl the Service without permission

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Drive, etc.), you:

  • Grant us OAuth access to perform actions on your behalf
  • Acknowledge that we are not responsible for third-party service availability
  • Accept the terms of service of each third-party provider
  • Can revoke access at any time through the Service

7. Code Execution and Security

The Service executes user-provided code in isolated sandboxes. You:

  • Are responsible for all code you submit for execution
  • Must not attempt to break out of sandbox environments
  • Must not execute code that violates our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Acknowledge that execution is subject to timeout and resource limits

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all code, workflows, and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, execute, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Service

The Service, including all code, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by apifunnel.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Fees and Payment

  • Freemium tier is free with usage limits
  • Enterprise tier requires a paid subscription
  • Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial months of service

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI Features and Output Disclaimer

Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including models provided by third parties, to generate responses, suggestions, code, or other output ("Output"). Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any Output before relying on it or using it in any workflow, automation, or production environment.

Output is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional advice (including legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or security advice). Do not take actions in reliance on Output without appropriate human review and, where appropriate, professional consultation.

Automation Risks; Data Loss

The Service may execute code, run automations, and perform actions in third-party systems on your behalf. You acknowledge that software and AI systems can fail and that use of the Service may result in loss of data, corruption of data, unintended changes, or other errors. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, safeguards, approvals, and monitoring for your use cases.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Create security or legal risks

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, apifunnel.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from third-party service failures
  • Damages exceeding the fees paid in the last 12 months

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless apifunnel.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where apifunnel.ai is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and apifunnel.ai regarding the Service.
